Year 6 - 7 Transition

Few decisions are more important than your choice of secondary school.

We want to thank you for choosing us. Educating your child is a responsibility we take very seriously and at Albert Park College your child will receive an outstanding education.

This site contains all the information you need for your child to make a successful transition into secondary school.

At APC we value a “partnership of learning,” a partnership in which parents, students and teachers work together throughout the secondary years.

This is why we ask you to commit yourself to being involved at APC in 2025 and onwards. Every College event or activity provides an opportunity for you to build relationships with other parents and your child's teachers. In short, they are designed to make you feel that you are a welcome and important part of the College.

Finally, I am looking forward to seeing you all on 10 December at our Year 7 Orientation Day where we can share with you all that we stand for at APC.
